We had booked a cruise independently as we were not familiar with Juan's service. However, we neglected to book a hotel in the port city, so we called on Juan to help us out and find something in Barcelona. Our parameters included a place by the basilica within our budget. Very quickly I was sent links to three locations. I told Juan the one I wanted, and he booked it. He even took care of the details - such as the view and whether it included a balcony. Even after that, Juan contacted the hotel to ensure our requests would be met. And then.... We wanted an excursion to see the city and sights. Again, Juan came through with different choices for us - we chose one, and it was booked. It was just that easy. Not long after, I wanted to book a cruise that included a specific destination, and I contacted Juan. Again, every detail was attended to, and instead of having to scour the internet for hours looking for something I wanted, he was able to do it quickly and return the results I needed. I will use Juan for all my travel needs in the future. He does all the legwork, secures the best prices, and completes the task quickly and efficiently.

I have been working with Juan (and Jessica) for a little less than a year now. I book everything through them now. The cruise we just went on as a family was absolutely incredible. It was a week of relaxing and not having to worry about a single thing. Juan was constantly making changes to my reservation and never had an issue helping us. In fact, three days before we were set to leave my dog became ill. I reached out and told them the situation. We were fully prepared to change the reservation and have me skip the trip. Juan was ready to make calls to the airlines and the cruise line so someone else could go in my place. Not only that, Juan and Jessica reached out every day to check in on my dog. This meant more than they know. I seriously am so grateful for Juan and Jessica. We look forward to the next adventure!!! They are simply amazing.
