I’m a travel agent who fell in love with cruising long before I made it my career. I actually started out as a solo cruiser, and on one of those solo sailings, I met my wife, who was also traveling on her own. Every time I step onto a ship, I am reminded how life-changing a cruise can be.

What I love most about cruising is the freedom. You can be as busy or as relaxed as you want. I have sailed through the Caribbean, Alaska, the Mediterranean, and I already have many more personal cruises on my horizon. I am just as happy soaking in the calm at the back of the ship and watching the wake drift away as I am diving into upbeat entertainment, delicious food, and all the fun activities onboard.

For me, cruising is truly the best of both worlds because you unpack once while exploring multiple destinations, cultures, and experiences along the way.
