I had some AMTRAK credit I needed to use. Holly worked with my budget and developed a really nice trip to Washington DC for our 50th anniversary. Got us first class sleeper accommodations on the train and arranged for unlimited use of DC's trolley so we could get around and take in all the museums and memorials in the city. Had an excellent time with no problems. When I wanted to book a "bucket list" trip across Canada on VIA Rail's premier train, Holly again tailored a perfect package including the sometimes hard to get "Cabin for 2" accommodations on the train, plus hotels and airport transfers. Holly is now my "go to" travel agent.
