Kristie has a knack of thinking through the trip from start to finish, anticipating and solving any challenges before they happen. I appreciate the fact that she sends written documents as well as an electronic itinerary, and she always follows up with a check in call right before the departure to make sure things are settled and to answer any last minute questions. Kristie also follow through during the trip itself. Several times, she has alerted us of flight delays before the airline did! Kristie knows our preferences and recommends itineraries and destinations that she knows we would enjoy (and she's steered us away from those that she knows would disappoint us). We thrive on having a countdown to our next adventure, and Kristie makes sure that happens!

Trip of a lifetime!

For years my husband and I had dreamed of visiting the Monarch migration santuaries in Mexico. We had tried once or twice to book a trip but found it too expensive and a daunting task. I came across Kristie Hawk on Facebook, she was promoting her travel business on a local page. I reached out to her and from the moment we started talking it was a pleasure! Kristie spent many many hours planning our trip, asking me questions, answering my questions, and just being a sounding board. We had a wonderful time on the trip and we could rely on Kristie the entire time we were away. If we needed any help she was only a text or call away. This was the first time Kristie had planned a Monarch Sanctuary trip and she did a fantastic job! I would hire her again in the future, definitely!

We really enjoyed our time in CA! Planning a trip to a state I have never been, along with picking two separate destinations was a bit stressful. Disneyland felt so overwhelming, but Kristie was amazing and did everything for me along with answering so many of my questions. Kristie takes time to put your mind at ease, along with answering emails, phone calls and text in appropriate manner. It was so nice having that first initial conversation stating what I was looking for and within a few days, I received the itinerary! Kristie is wonderful and the absolutely best. Overall fantastic trip!
Our trip was overall fantastic! Everything from a planning perspective was flawless---the information provided, the transfer, the check-in process, etc. We really enjoyed the resort. The rooms we had were perfect for what we needed as a family. The pools were awesome and we really liked the little beach, too! The entertainment was good (on par for any resort I've been to). The food was the tricky part. We found it more difficult to get versus other resorts we've been to. The staff was VERY friendly at all times as well. Our excursion was also fantastic.

All out wonderful trip
Just an all out wonderful trip…..clean, service oriented and fun resort. Buffet was fine for that type of setting with a wide variety. Ate out a couple night which were exceptional. And of course Kristie setting everything up for us all was superb.

Overall, a wonderful vacation!
We had a wonderful time! The trip to the DR was smooth and effortless, thanks to Kristie's attention to detail and tips! Melia Caribe Beach was a beautiful resort. Very clean and the staff was nice. I highly recommend reserving the Level rooms/ accommodations for some perks. It was a very popular week/weekend to be away so there was some challenges with reservations and chairs on the beach, etc., but that was expected from our research. Our kids had the best time and there was so much to keep them occupied and entertained. Overall, a wonderful vacation!
