Travel is more than simply going somewhere new - it's about the moments that stay with you long after the trip ends.  Those unexpected experiences, breathtaking views, and meaningful connections are what make travel so powerful, and they're the moments I love helping my clients discover.

As the founder of Taken By Travel, I work with couples, families, and travelers who want beautiful, seamless getaways without the stress of planning every detail themselves.  Whether it's a relaxing beach escape, an unforgettable cruise, a romantic honeymoon, or a European adventure, I focus on creating trips that are thoughtfully designed, personalized, and effortless from beginning to end.

I believe firsthand experience makes all the difference when helping clients choose the right destination or resort. My husband and I are avid travelers ourselves - Puerto Vallarta holds a special place for us as a personal favorite we return to again and again, but our travels have taken us much further.  I've explored the islands of Aruba, the Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Dominican Republic,  Puerto Rico, and Saint Thomas. I have sailed through the Panama Canal, wandered through the streets of Paris, stayed in the villages of the Alps in Switzerland, and soaked in the beauty of Greece. I've also completed FAM trips to Barbados and Cancun, and have experienced multiple Caribbean and Mexico cruises firsthand. That breadth of experience means that whether a client is dreaming of a Caribbean Beach, a European adventure, or an epic cruise itinerary, I can speak to it from somewhere beyond a brochure.

In addition to personal travel experience, I am a member of ASTA and CLIA.  I hold special certifications including Royal Caribbean Cruise Specialist, Princess Commodore Virgin voyages Gold Tier, Hyatt Confidant Specialist, and Marriott Excellence Specialist, along with destination certificates for Aruba, Antigua/Barbuda,  Barbados, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Croatia, and Peru.  These partnerships keep me current on the best resorts, cruise experiences, and destination updates so I can guide clients with confidence.

What I enjoy most is helping people create experiences they'll remember forever-- a couple on their honeymoon, a family on a long-awaited beach vacation, or travelers exploring a new corner of the world together.
