Hard Rock and AVA are the brand's family friendly properties. Hard Rock has locations in Cancun, Riviera Maya, Punta Cana, Los Cabos, and Nayarit. Each property has it's appeal to different demographics. Some include nightclubs, casinos, waterparks, and/or phenomenal sunsets! Amenities such as in-room whirlpools, robes, slippers, personalized discography, guitar rentals, escape rooms, music lessons, and the ability to create your own music video; it definitely has something for everyone. With music and snacks available all day--it's sure to be a crowd pleaser! 

AVA currently has one location in Cancun. While it is located right on the beaches of the Cancun Hotel Zone, it is not a fan-favorite for beaches. What sets AVA a part from other properties is it's amenities and food. They have a 2.6 acre saltwater pool, that emulates the ocean with it's zero entry "shores" and kayaking or inflatables included. There is also a phenomenal kids club, bowling, arcade, laser tag, and theater. The food is some of the best, when it comes to all inclusive resorts!! You have to try the "lobby tacos"!! 

UNICO is the brand's adult only property. Currently there are two, Riviera Maya and Nayarit (Mexico). A third property is in the works in Montego Bay, Jamaica. UNICO is an elevated experience where all guests are treated to local hosts (butlers). The properties are known to be more luxury and relaxation focused, as opposed to party.
