Hi, Jill has planned 3 trips for us and counting. She helped me plan our first and 2nd trip to Disney with 3 kids and grandparents in tow. She helped answer all my questions plus helped me think about things I didn’t even know. The one thing I love is her willingness to understand what your goal for your trip is, and helps you achieve it. For example, our first Disney Trip we had our musts and thankful achieved that and so much more. Our 2nd trip we slowed down just a tiny bit and enjoyed more of the experiences with our kids. She got my daughter scheduled for BBB, and our sons built Light Sabers together. Jill also booked our 20th anniversary trip. She took into mind our budget, flights, and what we wanted out of the trip. We had an amazing relaxing trip to Jamaica. She has always been available when trip snafus popped up to guide us along the way. On our first trip when our stroller wasn’t delivered to the resort she got it taken care of. The second trip we had some scooter rental issues again disaster diverted due to her help. Let me lastly say we never used an agent before planning to go to Disney, but now I can’t imagine not having her. She does her research and if you want her opinion she share the pros and cons of it all. You have nothing to loose and everything to gain! Less stress more fun and relaxation!
