She was patient, kind, readily available for questions, provided hassle free planning, payment schedule, received payments, itinerary, updated information, online information details, suggested packing do’s and don’t, made our planning with mobility issues not an issue, provided resources for mobility devices, complete handicapped assessable cabin( ample scooter space, king bed, sofa, raised toilet and sink, walk in shower with shower chair) welcomed us with wine and chocolate covered strawberries, and champagne brunch in celebration of our birthday and anniversary.
