The trip was absolutely amazing. The hotels were perfect and the excursions were a perfect mix and adventure and relaxation! We gave Meghan an outline of what we wanted to experience while we were there and she nailed it!

Last year I had a life and depth situation with my health. Following my treatment, I decided I wanted to take my entire family, wife, three daughters and eight grandchildren, to Disney. Aloha! We went into the planning stages of this trip with one thought - we wanted to cruise around the Hawaiian Islands, but didn't have any experience with cruises. Meghan was with us start-to-finish, booking the cruise, the pre-tour, the flight, the hotel before the flight, the transports, the trip insurance. Every portion of this trip, she assisted. In fact, when the airline neglected to tell any of us that our return flight had been cancelled, Meghan caught it. She responded quickly and was able to get us a flight at a comparable time. We would have never even thought to be checking the status of that flight at that time. Meghan really saved us.

We cruised from Galveston to the Western Caribbean on the Disney Magic. Our trip proved to be the perfect example of why you need a travel agent. During the first couple days of our trip there were numerous issues: with room keys not working, room service delays in the magnitude of hours, an absurdly long check-in process to find our rooms, and ultimately mechanical issues that were not working within our room. After spending a few hours cumulatively with hotel staff over the first two days, we had had enough. We contacted Meghan and gave her a summary of the issues we were experiencing. Even with us in Mexico, she was able to reach out to management at the hotel, and within hours the issues in our room were fixed and we had a manager regularly in touch with us to ensure the rest of our trip went seamlessly. Honestly, without having her as a travel agent in our corner, I fear the rest of our trip would’ve been marred with periodic issues that would’ve kept us away from our relaxing vacation. We have worked with Meghan many times. For this trip, we were exploring all inclusive options for families in the Caribbean. She listened carefully to what we were looking for in a resort and stayed within our budget. Meghan helped us explore many options in multiple countries. She was very helpful in answering all of our questions so we could select the best property for our family. She sent me very thorough reviews of the pros and cons of each resort including amenities, activities, distance from the airport, seaweed in the ocean, sand quality, etc.

When it came time to select airfare, we were a complicated group (4 people who live about 4 hours apart). Choosing airports to fly out of was difficult. Meghan handled this with ease, offering us several different scenarios and options from multiple different airports so we could pick what worked best for us. We had a wonderful time in Disney the week of November 30, 2019 to December 7, 2019. We stayed at the Polynesian Resort and enjoyed our stay there.
