There are good travel agents & then there are EXCEPTIONAL travel agents! Bob is OUTSTANDING in every way! He has helped plan, coordinate, & book several trips for me now with extreme precision! Bob is extremely knowledgeable about the travel industry & knows the ins & outs of helping his clients get the best deal possible. I truly can't say enough about Bob! He's personable, professional, friendly, & he communicates well. No question is too "silly" or small for him - he really CARES about the client's experience.
