Best Travel Professional we have ever worked with! We previously used a travel agent and moved to doing our own planning after she left the industry. We are retired and had multiple bookings on a variety of cruise lines that were canceled as a result of the Pandemic. Royal Caribbean Cruise

Excellent customer service. Our cruise was canceled due to the Covid 19, Jeannie handled everything to confirm we received our full FCC. She even offered to speak with my husband so he would be so nervous about taking a future cruise. We have already booked another cruise with Jeannie for November 2020, whereas Jeannie sat on the phone with Royal for over an hour making last minute changes and getting us upgraded to a balcony suite. 25 Anniversary European Cruise!

The Rhine Viking River Cruise

Our experiences have all been great, she was thorough in her travel arrangements and did her best to obtain accommodations that suited our needs. On one of our Viking River cruises, on the Rhine river from Switzerland to Amsterdam, I told Jeannie that we did not want to go north up the Rhine, we would prefer to go down the Rhine. She said: No, you do not want to go that way, the Rhine originates in Switzerland and flows down to Amsterdam, where it empties into the North Sea. You don't want to be going against the current, the engines would need to operate at higher RPM and their would be more noise.

I was on an around the world voyage doing a Semester at Sea when the covid-19 virus hit. Jeannie had made my original flight home reservation from Amsterdam, and then had to deal with several changes as dates and locations changed. The voyage was cancelled in South Africa and within 5 days there were three changes to make. I had VERY limited internet access so I depended on Jeannie and she was there at every turn of events. And, she handled all the refunds and other issues as well. It was a stressful time and I was thankful to be able to count on Jeannie. She's the best!

Jeannie was recommended to me by a friend who has used her for several trips in the past. We were scheduled to go on a Viking Long boat cruise in April, which was cancelled due to the Covid-19. Jeannie is handling everything for us regarding credits from the cancelled trip, including the airline credit to go towards a future trip. Jeannie set up our trip to the Netherlands and handle everything expertly and very professionally. She gave us tips on side trips, how and what to pack and walked us through many questions we had due to not traveling for several years. We were so looking forward to this trip, everything was in place, we we comfortable and confident with our plans and and ready to go until Covid-19. Because we are planning a trip in May 2021 with these friends on a Viking Cruise Ship, Jeannie is seeing that our credit from the cancelled trip is applied to the 2021 trip. When our final destination was changed due to a hurricane, I text Jeannie and within an hour she had flights, transfers, and credits issued for 4 of us from our new location. When our cruise got canceled in 2020 she made sure we got our money back in a timely manner while 2 other couples ventured out on their own took over 2 months to get their refund. Jeannie has made any trip scheduled through her painless and care free. Jeannie has coordinated two river cruises through France for us as well as one to an ocean cruise to Bermuda. We are currently working with her on 3 cruises in 2022, to include a World Cruise. Because of the high quality service that we personally enjoy in working with Jeannie I recommended her to coordinate a reunion cruise for the Navy Nurse Corps Association for 2022. I would be baffled by all of the intricacies of travel planning. I know that Jeannie gets all of the best deals available and all of the things I might not have even thought of, like the all important trip insurance.

Jeannie has been our travel agent for over 15 years. She is great. Communicates well, provide quotes quickly. Provides the best deals for when we are looking to go with the dates. She was on top of a cruise we had scheduled this year but was cancelled. We rebooked and she got us a better cabin and more options. I would NEVER travel without using Jeannie.
