We had a wonderful experience with our guide Roger. He was friendly, engaging, and made the entire day enjoyable from start to finish. Can't say enough good things about Roger! We stopped in Costa rica and wanted to see more than just the port town, but we were worried about making it back on time and being able to find reliable transportation. Roger had a great communication leading up to our visit, and picked us up at the port! He was easy to find and have a perfect day planned for us. Super knowledgeable and very accommodating to do the things that we wanted to do! We had a one and five-year-old and he was great with the kids! We told him what we were looking for in a day and he mapped out the perfect day for us. We had enough time to do the things we wanted to do and he got us back to the airport on time and easily! Can't recommend Roger enough! I would call him every time we visit!

We travelled from Canada to San Jose Costa Rica, our flight was delayed by over an hour, and also a very late flight, and when we walked out there was Roger, huge smile on his face, no issues with us being so late, he made numerous stops for us to get supplies and never had an issue, he was so knowledgeable about everything Costa Rican, he gave us lots of ideas on new places for us to check out during our stay, he booked our departure ride before we got out at our villa, our flight was super early in the morning and he was right on time and he gave us great insite into all things Costa Rica, we have been traveling to Costa Rica for almost 20 years and Roger was our best experience with a driver. I recommend him to everyone I know, and on all social media as well.

Our trip through Costa Rica and Panama was truly unforgettable, and much of that was thanks to Roger and his concierge services. From the very beginning, Roger worked with us while we were still in the United States, helping us thoughtfully plan our itinerary based on the accommodations, activities, and experiences we wanted. He was communicative, flexible, and open to itinerary changes throughout the planning process. We spoke with him several times by phone to clarify expectations, and he was especially accommodating and attentive to our concerns as female travelers unfamiliar with the countries and local areas. Because of that, we chose his full concierge services, and it gave us an incredible sense of safety, security, and ease during the trip. Crossing the border into Panama could have felt overwhelming, but Roger made the process seamless. He clearly explained the documentation we needed, what to expect at the border, and arranged all transportation in Panama, including both car and boat transfers. One of the absolute highlights of our trip was Starfish Beach in Bocas del Toro. It was stunning, less touristy, and incredibly relaxing. Roger’s knowledge of both Costa Rica and Panama added so much depth to our travels. He shared cultural, historical, and economic insights throughout the trip, which made the experience feel immersive and educational, not just touristy. We loved the natural beauty everywhere we went, and La Fortuna was especially breathtaking. The five-star spa we stayed at there was amazing, and we enjoyed wonderful shopping, incredible Costa Rican coffee, and unforgettable scenery. Roger is professional, passionate about what he does, and genuinely committed to ensuring his clients have the best possible experience. One thing we learned is that flexibility is important when traveling internationally, and Roger handled every adjustment with patience and professionalism.
