Heather puts her heart * soul into your travel arrangements as if she was the one going. She is a very experienced traveler & loves going out to see the world so doing what she loves to do (not just a job or hobby for her) can be felt and seen when working with her. She has your best interests in mind and wants you to have a great experience, the kind that makes good memories with family and friends. That's my best explanation of her work.
