Elyssa was absolutely incredible to work with when planning our Disney Cruise for a group of 12 people ranging from age 3 to 70 (no small task)! From start to finish, she handled every detail with expertise, patience, and genuine care. She guided us seamlessly through the entire booking process, made check-in stress-free, and ensured every member of our group was prepared and confident before we even stepped on the ship. Elyssa made this process so easy! We went to 3 parks (Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and Epic Universe). We stayed at Loew’s Sapphire Falls and had park to park passes and express passes for 4 of those days. I DEFINITELY recommend spending the money on express passes if you go during a busy season (we went over Spring break). Those without express passes waited for 2 hours for some rides when ours was 20 minutes and lots of rides we got on in 10 minutes or 15 minutes. Elyssa booked everything for us, had the tickets ready for us, then she mailed us lanyards to put our passes in (you will NEED lanyards to make it easier) and she mailed us maps and even told us the good restaurants to go to! It just made it less stressful for me. We took our 2 kids so there is always stress but there was NO stress with resort booking, getting the tickets, checking in and out, etc. The girl knows her stuff!
