When looking to plan a trip to Disney world, I reached out to kim about suggestions and from the very beginning she she was so helpful! I received many detailed emails about options and it helped me plan a completely different trip than what I originally planned and I’m so glad I followed her recommendations! All her responses to my emails were very quick. We stayed at the all star movies resort and did all 4 parks. When I had issues with the Disney world app she also tried to help me fix that too. I would definitely use Kim for booking my next trip and would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to plan a trip to Disney :)

We’ve now booked two Disney trips with our amazing travel agent within just 6 months, and I truly can’t imagine planning a trip without her anymore. From start to finish, she made everything completely stress-free.
She always secured the exact reservations we were hoping for (which we all know is no easy task!), and went above and beyond when we decided to switch resorts pretty last minute on both trips. Everything was handled seamlessly, and we never had to worry about a thing.
