Cruise of a lifetime

We took our first Disney cruise and didn’t know much about it. Kim arranged our resort stay here the cruise, all our transportation and the cruise details itself. Kim Denis was very helpful to us for booking 2 separate trips to Disneyland. She was very patient when I had to cancel and reschedule dinning reservations multiple times. She also helped with room requests and I felt much more relaxed knowing I had someone who was taking care of all our bookings. Even more she was excellent with responding right away to my emails as I had to email a couple of times once we were there and I needed help.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Kim to create the Disneyland trip of my dreams for my daughter and I. As a single mom, planning my first trip with a little, I had a lot of questions.
