We’ve now booked two Disney trips with our amazing travel agent within just 6 months, and I truly can’t imagine planning a trip without her anymore. From start to finish, she made everything completely stress-free.
She always secured the exact reservations we were hoping for (which we all know is no easy task!), and went above and beyond when we decided to switch resorts pretty last minute on both trips. Everything was handled seamlessly, and we never had to worry about a thing.
Her knowledge, responsiveness, and dedication are unmatched. She genuinely cares about making your trip as magical as possible, and it shows in every detail.

Cruise of a lifetime

We took our first Disney cruise and didn’t know much about it. Kim arranged our resort stay here the cruise, all our transportation and the cruise details itself. It was seamless and such a great time. She also send many emails to keep us excited about our upcoming trip, tips and tricks, ideas and of course all her Disney magic.

Kim Denis was very helpful to us for booking 2 separate trips to Disneyland. She was very patient when I had to cancel and reschedule dinning reservations multiple times. She also helped with room requests and I felt much more relaxed knowing I had someone who was taking care of all our bookings. Even more she was excellent with responding right away to my emails as I had to email a couple of times once we were there and I needed help.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Kim to create the Disneyland trip of my dreams for my daughter and I. As a single mom, planning my first trip with a little, I had a lot of questions. A LOT of questions. I also wanted to ensure I was getting the best for my dollar. She responded to my questions quickly, she provided me several hotel options along with the pros/cons for each hotel, she advised her recommendations on flight travel, travel from airport to hotel, restaurants, packages, and everything.
