For nearly 20 years, my career has centered on one thing: helping people reach meaningful goals. Before entering the travel world, I spent close to two decades as a Career Counselor and Corporate Recruiter, working personally with thousands of individuals to guide them toward life changing opportunities. Today, I bring that same dedication, empathy, and client focused approach to planning unforgettable vacations.

My professional journey has taken me across 44 U.S. states, parts of Canada, and more than 125 college and university campuses. Beyond the road, I’ve explored Ireland and many corners of the Eastern, Western, and Southern Caribbean — experiences that deepened my love for travel and ultimately led me to this industry.

My path into travel advising began with a chance encounter aboard Explorer of the Seas in October 2022. A shared passion for cruising — combined with mutual involvement in Military Veterans Service Organizations such as the American Legion, AMVETS, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars — sparked the idea for our first group cruise as Patt Cruises, LLC. In early 2025, we sailed with more than 100 guests on the Margaritaville at Sea Islander. Eleven months later, our second group cruise aboard Norwegian Dawn brought 150 travelers together for another incredible experience and an opportunity to build that trust with our customers. 

With our eyes towards spreading travel happiness and growth, GOWAYzi Travel Services was officially born.

I believe in doing this work the right way, which means investing in ongoing training and professional development. I’ve completed Royal Caribbean’s Master of Adventure program, earned Virgin Voyages Gold certification, and achieved Marriott Hotel Excellence status, with additional certifications underway from Princess, Hilton, and more. I’m also a proud member of both Nexion and CLIA.

My mission is clear:

• To design curated group cruises for Veterans and Social Organizations, while also helping individuals and families plan stress-free, personalized vacations.
• My specialties include Caribbean cruising, U.S. road travel, and Amtrak/rail journeys — all crafted with care, insight, and a genuine passion for helping people explore the world around them.
