Her attention to detail blew me away. Every transfer, reservation, and timing consideration was spot on, which made our whole trip so smooth. Kristin did a fantastic job planning my family’s trip! And, most importantly, she diligently worked to get them there after a delayed flight caused a missed flight. She made sure they arrived in England timely, which allowed them to join their group and not miss out! The rest of the trip was smooth and organized as they then traveled to France, Belgium, and Amsterdam. 10/10 would recommend her over and over!
