Family Vacation
This was my first time using a travel agent and I highly recommend Cheryl. She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns leading up to the trip. She listened to what kind of trip my wife and I were looking for and sent us numerous options within our budget. After settling on a location she booked us at a resort. A few days later she reached back out to let us know that there was construction going on near the resort we were going to stay at and she quickly helped us pick out a new resort. It was beautiful and we had a great time. We ran into some issues with our return flight but Cheryl quickly got in touch with an agent from the airline and helped us find a new flight to get us home. Punta Cana Vacation!
