Grace is an AMAZING agent. To call her a travel agent doesn't describe what Grace does for her clients. She asks specific quuestions to give you the trip of your dreams. From beginning to end. She takes care of the little details to ensure you have a seamless trip. I trusted her to take care of my Pastors and that she did. It was their first cruise. I absolutely love Grace. Grace was with helping me with a few things during my booking process. She was able to do a 3 way call to an out of country resort, as I could not figure it out. Then there was a hiccup with my credit card, so she immediately jumped in to fix it. Having someone by my side to help me fix these things was so monumentally helpful, as I can get overwhelmed trying to figure it all out myself. Grace is not just a travel agent, she is absolutely amazing at going above and beyond for her clients and it shows!

We had suddenly decided to travel internationally. This was our first time staying at an AI. We were feeling so overwhelmed with all the research, Grace helped us with all the information to make the decision and it was super convenient to book the resort with her. She also made special arrangements for my husband’s birthday that I had requested. But the best part has to be her gifting us the Club MoBay and Club Kingston experiences which made the immigration process at the airport completely hassle free. Totally recommend her!

I booked a trip to Jamaica with a travel agency out of Virginia and they have completely ghosted me on what's going on with the lockout in Jamaica next week. Are we going or aren't we? In a panic, I emailed Grace and she FAR EXCEEDED my expectations on her responses and guidance. She even sent me the theme night itenary which I knew nothing about. I usually book my travels on my own but that was usually because I’m booking it just for myself. With this trip there were a lot more travel buddies that needed to be accounted for and it was getting a bit overwhelming for me. Thanks to Grace it was a breeze getting all of the flights, car and accommodations booked for us all at a great price. Despite all of the last minute changes to our itinerary & travel plans that I had to make, Grace was very patient, understanding, transparent and professional throughout the whole process.
