I even wish Sarah would have been a little more pushy—but now I understand that professionalism and honesty matter more than pressure. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t turn out as promised. The 2-star rating is really on me as the decision-maker—I dropped the ball. Her expertise and experience was top notch. This is a multigenerational group of 32 travelers coming from 9 different states, and every detail has been thoughtfully coordinated. From organizing a full traveler list to managing multiple departure cities, hub airports, and even Amtrak options for those nearby, everything has been handled seamlessly. The plan ensures everyone arrives at the same final departure hub, with a coordinated itinerary during arrival windows so no one feels lost or waiting. The communication and level of care truly stand out. We’ve received consistent email updates, payment reminders, and clear guidance throughout the process. Payment options are easy to follow, and services like passport assistance and travel insurance were provided early on. Special attention was given to my grandparents, who are in their 80s, including arranging a mobility scooter rental and ensuring accommodations are close to elevators for easy access around the resort. They also applied available discounts, including senior and military, which added extra value for our group. Airport shuttle transportation in the Dominican Republic has also been arranged, giving us peace of mind knowing the entire journey—from departure to arrival—is covered. There were a few small hiccups, but nothing major, and everything was handled quickly, professionally, and efficiently. We originally started working together in December after a successful Bali trip, and choosing Purpose Travel Planners L.L.C. again was an easy decision. Now that our family has returned home, I can honestly say she deserves 5+ stars! What started as a group of 32 travelers from 9 states grew into 36 travelers from 11 states when four relatives decided at the last minute they wanted to join us for our grandparents’ 60th Wedding Anniversary celebration in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Sarah handled every detail, including flights, resort accommodations, airport transfers, mobility scooters, accessibility needs, room requests, and group coordination. The celebration was absolutely amazing, and the travel arrangements went off without a hiccup. Because of Sarah’s planning, our family was able to focus on making memories instead of worrying about logistics.
