We had to hold them up ourselves to get power. I don't have a lot of needs barring cleanliness but this was a bit much. I called Amy to let her know what was going on and she immediately got on the phone with the hotel. It was afterhours on a Saturday evening and I was so grateful to have her support. We were moved back to our original hotel with a proper room and she continually stayed in touch with the hotel to make sure we were compensated, even after we left. She was professional, courteous and I felt completely secure knowing she had mine and my daughter's best interest. I highly recommend using her for for any travel needs.
