Everything went perfect with great surprises!
Reviewed By Nyhopea - White Plains, NY | Traveled to Bahamas | Caribbean
Matt was extremely attentive and continued to help through out the whole process. Matt was able to continue to get upgrades and added perks even after we booked!!! He made sure to help with check-in dates and helped us explore excursion ideas we wouldn't have thought of previously!! ( one of our favorite spots ) Matt was extremely patient and surprised us with champagne in the room!! Definitely changed my thoughts regarding booking through an agent as I always booked myself!!

My New Cruise Travel Agent
Reviewed By Patricia Cruiser - Long Island, NY | Traveled to Caribbean Sea | At Sea | At Sea
Let me begin by saying I travel a lot and because of my age I prefer cruising. Over the years I’ve had many Travel Agents and personal agents directly with the cruise lines. However, I found them all to be the same, only interested in the fees and commissions.
Then a friend introduced me to Matthew. What a surprise! He was extremely helpful and looking out for my personal needs. He even contacted the cruise line to see what perks they had to offer given my status with them. Bedsides that he sent me a travel package before my trip. A majority first experience for me. So, from now on he will now my major consultant for all of my future cruises and my thank you to Matthew.
Matthew Marzella responded
"Thank you so much for your kind review!! I am so glad that I was able to elevate your experience! I am looking forward to helping you plan your future trips. :) "

Cousins’ Reunion
Reviewed By TravelDad - Niagara Falls, Owen Sound | Traveled to Niagara Falls | Ontario | Canada
Matthew planned a roadtrip for us from start to finish and resolved a major curveball thrown at us/him within days of our departure. He worked endlessly to solve the problem, not of his making; he calmed our nerves, and constantly communicated with us all along the way making sure we were all right, on course, and being taken care of by the places he recommended. We enjoyed every second of our road trip. The three hotels were perfect. He suggested excursions and restaurants, taking into account our ages and physical limitations and abilities.
Matthew Marzella responded
"Thank you for your review!! I am glad it all worked out and you were able to enjoy your trip!!"
✓ I would recommend this agent to my family and friends.
