TDM Getaways - Travel Dad Matt

Not only did we stay at an amazing hotel but the recommendations were on point! We had such a great time that we want TDM to plan our next trip for next year!

Let me begin by saying I travel a lot and because of my age I prefer cruising. Over the years I’ve had many Travel Agents and personal agents directly with the cruise lines. However, I found them all to be the same, only interested in the fees and commissions. Then a friend introduced me to Matthew. What a surprise! He was extremely helpful and looking out for my personal needs. He even contacted the cruise line to see what perks they had to offer given my status with them. Bedsides that he sent me a travel package before my trip. A majority first experience for me. So, from now on he will now my major consultant for all of my future cruises and my thank you to Matthew.

Matthew planned a roadtrip for us from start to finish and resolved a major curveball thrown at us/him within days of our departure. He worked endlessly to solve the problem, not of his making; he calmed our nerves, and constantly communicated with us all along the way making sure we were all right, on course, and being taken care of by the places he recommended. We enjoyed every second of our road trip. The three hotels were perfect. He suggested excursions and restaurants, taking into account our ages and physical limitations and abilities.

Working with Matt as our travel planner was an amazing experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and well organized. Matt was there every step of the way and consistently checked in to see if we needed anything or had any questions. He handled all the details, including arranging transportation to and from the resort, which made the trip even more relaxing. What really stood out was how attentive he was throughout the entire journey. When my flight was unexpectedly canceled due to weather, Matt actually notified me before JetBlue did. He had been tracking my flight and immediately helped me secure the earliest available flight out. Knowing that he was keeping an eye on everything allowed me to simply enjoy my vacation without worrying about travel logistics. Matt also made sure my accommodations were handled, my return flights home were confirmed, and my transportation back was taken care of, as I had to extend my stay four more days. His level of communication, organization, and dedication truly made the trip seamless. I highly recommend Matt to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive travel planner.
