After 25 years working in Human Resources for Corporate America, I decided to turn my love for travel into a career. With years of experience supporting others, building strong relationships, and creating solutions that fit individual needs, I now bring that same dedication to helping clients plan unforgettable journeys. I was born and raised in South Florida and currently live here with my young son, husband and rescue dog. 

In 2020, I created my YouTube Channel, Shannon Ford, as a way to share my travel experiences, advice and general tips and tricks with a broader audience. My series, “Best & Worst Cruise Staterooms” and “Best & Worst Disney World Hotel Rooms” are some of my most popular videos to date. I am excited to now be able to share my extensive knowledge with clients to assist them in planning their own family vacations.  

In addition, in 2009 I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, which is an autoimmune condition where I must remain gluten-free. As a result, I understand the challenges of traveling with dietary restrictions and believe travel should be accessible, enjoyable, and worry-free for everyone especially those navigating food allergies or medical needs.

From selecting the ideal cruise itinerary to navigating theme park reservations and experiences, my goal is to ensure every client enjoys a seamless, stress-free planning process and an extraordinary vacation filled with lasting memories.
