Attentive and Persevering Travel Advisor

Even though we don't like having to work with Apps, Aiko made it easy to access them and showed us how to work with them. She followed up with us all through the trip. We had a glitch with one hotel, but it was not her fault, and she was able to resolve it the issue. She persevered until she was able to resolve it with both the vendor and hotel within a short time frame. I recommend her highly if a person wants a travel advisor with integrity and honesty.
