Just returned from Cancun today. I was nervous at first with all the Corona Virus issues but Arik checked with me 2-3 times per day to make sure we were comfortable. I knew that if we needed to be sent home early, we were in great hands. My first time using an agent and after hearing many horror stories from other people, I will never book online again. The price was lower than online and we had many amenities that I would not have been able to secure booking online. The team in Cancun was also awesome, we had private SUV transfers with beer and champagne which was nice after a long flight.

Not only does Arik work hard to find you the best rates but you can always count on him when you need him.. We traveled with a party of 30 to Cancun & found ourselves stuck in a huge line because the airline was on strike.. Arik called his connections in Cancun & they moved us to the front of the check in line. Thanks to all his hard work all 30 of us boarded our flight on time. Absolutely love booking all of our trips through him & I enjoy referring all of my friends, family & co-workers to him because I know they are in good hands!!

Safe arrival and Amazing sights!

I am returning from a Business Trip to Brazil and Columbia. Arik had his Executive Travel Center Manager Paulo meet me at Sao Paulo airport and provide me safe travel to my hotel.

I am very glad to have worked with this agent. We travelled to Hawaii and all the new rules for Covid were so stressful. Arik provided everything we needed to make the trip seamless. Excellent "Bucket List" Trip

My husband I booked our bucket list dream trip to Bora Bora with Arik.
It was beyond amazing! We booked the St Regis in an overwater bungalow.
Since we really wanted to just relax and unwind, Arik booked us 2 excursions with their local office.
What an experience. Everything was phenomenal. Air Tahiti Business Class on their new planes was also worth every penny.

BOOK WITH ARIK!!!
We love to travel. We try to take 1-2 big trips/year and be a few small trips a year. I used to do everything myself, and I would stress over every detail. Finding Arik has been a dream! We have used him for travel to Thailand, the Philippines, Mexico and Australia. There have been times where entire flights are cancelled and somehow, our names get called (magically) to get on a new flight. All because of Arik. Transportation is always handled for us, which is such a blessing. The car pulls right up to the airport, takes you straight to the hotel, then arrives back on the day you leave to take you to the airport. No guess work, just pure luxury. He is so good at his profession, and I'll use him forever! So, thank you Arik, for making our travel wonderful!

I always booked my trips with Costco until I let Arik book my trip to Disney. His pricing was far better than Costco. He made all the park reservations and helped me setup my APP to manage everything. I really enjoyed the personalized service. Costco could never provide that.

Makes my job much easier

Arik Anderson and Exectutive travel have not only been booking my fights for the last 18 years, he has parlayed them with hotel room stays, rental cars and other transportation or conference room needs... I can honestly say they follow through with every clients schedule, lifting the stress from constant travel. If a connecting flight was cancelled or delayed for some reason....I knew when I landed Arik and his team already had me booked on the next flight.. He has a great habit of letting you know before the gate agent gets into the jetway!!!!! In the past I would cringe thinking of standing in that customer service line..... My advice try them one time you certainly will not be disappointed!!! I truly give Arik and the ET team a standing ovation...Keep up the 5 star work. You have certainly made my travel stress free

I've been using Executive Travel for almost 20 years! When you think of concierge service, Arik is not only the expectation but surpasses that. Him and his team are there for you every step of the way from making sure all flights are on time to confirming all transfers and hotels are exactly what you pay for. He is also the best for any last minute travel. Just recently, as in this week... I needed to do a quick, VERY last minute trip to meet my international fiancé in Costa Rica. (Him coming from Europe and me from the states) It's the holidays, I have a specific budget and he made it all happen! I seriously could not find a better person and company for all my travel needs.

Arik planned a trip to Puerto Vallarta. It was my first time out of the USA. He made everything very simple. The airfare, hotel, meet/greet with transportation to/from the hotel and some excursions were all recommended by Arik and booked in advance. The itinerary was very informative and had great information about many things to be aware of and some great tips while traveling. They have a local office there which was great because we hired Enrique to take us to/from the clubs which made us feel much safer about leaving the resort. I also could be in contact with Arik on WhatsApp while we were there. If he was not checking in on us, I could ask a question. He made himself available. I was very impressed with everything and highly recommend Arik and his company.

Saved me in Mumbai

I was on a Business Trip traveling throughout India and flying from Bangalore to Mumbai (Bombay, and then onto Hyderabad. My outbound flight was delayed which made my connection time in Mumbai not long enough. When I landed Arik called me and told me to proceed to the gate he specified and sent me a text with new boarding pass. All the people on my flight misconnected except for me. Arik watched my flight and knew exactly where I was and saved me from having to go to the Kingfisher customer service to get rebooked. (In India once you leave the gate area and transit you must go back through security with a valid boarding pass.) Arik is a Full Service Travel Professional.
