My family and I just experienced a wonderful 8 day/7 night vacation on board the beautiful MSC seaside. Boarding the Seaside was the fastest process ever. It was like having a fast pass for our family of 6 as we breezed right thru the check in process. Walking on board we were greeted by the kids club staff. They made it easy to register our 4 kids ages 4, 9, 14, 16, for all the kid club activities. The Seaside is a beautiful ship. The crystal staircases are a nice place to take memorable family photos. Our stateroom was clean, spacious, and had modern decor. We enjoyed all of the activities on board especially the nightly entertainment shows . The freshly made from scratch pizza is absolutely the best pizza at sea! All of the staff on board the MSC Seaside was friendly and courteous.

The (Mariner of the Seas) cruise overall was fine - good weather, good excursions, good service. The one disappointment was the food on the ship. Very limited choices, lack of seasoning, and cheap entrees that were not special. Very heavy on pasta, rice, and potatoes. Dessert menu needs an upgrade as well - it was mostly pudding-type dishes or very dry cake.

We thoroughly enjoyed this 12NT British Isles Cruise. We toured countries we'd never been to with lots of history. The excursions we took were amazing, especially the Dover and Blarney Castles. We also toured the Titanic Museum and did the Beatles. Driving up to the Snowdonia Mountains in Wales was such a treat since it was gorgeous. The weather for the entire trip could not have been more perfect. Great memories with best friends. We probably won't go with RCCL Air to Sea again. Too much of a hassle trying to get rescheduled on a cancelled flight. Overall, the trip was fantastic! Thanks again to Kevin for the assistance in scheduling the cruise.

The ship, Silhouette was wonderful. The staff and crew were kind and helpful. I didn’t pass crew member without having them say hello or without asking if there was anything I needed. It was a great trip!

Loved the ship (Odyssey of the seas)! Our cabin 6526 was beautiful but not suitable for anyone who is an early sleeper as it is just one floor above lounge and theater. The balcony appeared to be in a draft zone of someone smoking which was unfortunate but Royal Caribbean offered an alternate solution.

We have taken several cruises that Kevin has prepared for us. Our last trip was on the Star of the seas with the whole family including grandkids. Total of 9. He had everything planned ahead of time for us. It went very smoothly. Not a problem! Thanks Kevin !

We had a wonderful time aboard the Regal Princess out of Galveston! The cruise was nearly kid-free and very comfortable for us Seniors! We enjoyed the size of the Regal, and was perfect for our 7-Night cruise. The Princess Medallion is such a convenient amenity, unlocking our door and welcoming us by name as we approached our conveniently located Stateroom that Kevin chose for us. This was our first Viking cruise and we thoroughly enjoyed it. My wife and I are in the process of selling a home and relocating just now so I can't say for sure when, but we'll likely take another one within the next year or two.

The entertainment was amazing, but Syd Norman’s needs a larger venue. The water slide and ropes course were amazing. Embark and debark were relatively painless. The room was bigger than what we were used to.

We had a wonderful time, and you did a superb job for our large group of ladies - but Royal Caribbean could definitely work on their food in their Main Dining Room.

We had a great trip. The ship was so big we never dealt with any seasickness. In fact, we never felt any movement except when we were tied up to the dock at Roatan. The food was wonderful and the trip's length gave us much needed time to unwind and relax.

We did have several issues that we were not happy about. All of our plane trips my husband and I were not booked to sit together and we had to call the airline ourselves and pay $400 extra dollars to sit together. We also had a misunderstanding about travel insurance. Our last issue was that he suggested we take the late flight home and enjoy Vancouver for the day. After thinking about it, we called to ask what we would be able to do with our luggage for the 15 hours we were in Vancouver after getting off the ship and he had no suggestions. After researching everything ourself, we found a tour that would take our luggage, so we ended up having a wonderful tour in Vancouver. He just needs to be more knowledgeable when he recommends something.

Kevin was very responsive to all of our requests. He helped us sort through options for hotels and parking somewhat unrelated to our cruise. We know he went over and beyond what we expected.
