My husband and I had dreamed of visiting Italy for years. After a coworker recommended Donna and spoke highly of how she planned their trip to Italy, we reached out—and we could not be happier that we did! From the start, Donna took the time to understand our budget, preferences, and how we wanted to experience Italy. She didn’t simply book a trip; she created a personalized itinerary that was perfect for us. Her knowledge and recommendations led us to experiences we never would have found on our own. Donna recommended Hotel Poseidon in Positano, which was absolute perfection and exactly the atmosphere we wanted for the Amalfi Coast. In Rome, her suggestions included seeing the Pantheon at dusk and “A Night at the Colosseum,” including the underground levels—one of the highlights of our entire trip. Her support continued throughout our travels. Donna checked in, provided updates, and answered every question. When I misplaced an important ticket, I contacted her and within minutes she texted me a new copy. That responsiveness and genuine care were incredible. Before departure, we received a beautifully organized packet with our itinerary, tickets, and important information, plus an app with our complete itinerary available online and offline. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips—although my husband still loved having the hard copy! Donna didn’t just plan a vacation; she helped create an experience we will remember for the rest of our lives. Her expertise, professionalism, personal attention, and care made our dream trip to Italy a reality. 10/10 in every aspect. We would recommend Donna without hesitation, especially for a once-in-a-lifetime trip. Thank you, Donna—you have created lifelong customers, and we can’t wait to plan our next adventure!
