Hi, I’m Stephanie Showers, founder of Elite Travel. I’m based in Wisconsin’s beautiful Northwoods, but my heart (and passport) have taken me all over the world. Travel has been a lifelong passion of mine, and I truly love helping others create meaningful, memorable experiences through travel.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to visit all 50 states, cruise the Caribbean and Alaska, and explore destinations like Italy, Ireland, Costa Rica, Hawaii and beyond. Our next adventure this fall will take us to Croatia and Greece, and I’m always excited to continue discovering new places, cultures, and experiences. Every trip has deepened my appreciation for how travel connects people, creates lifelong memories, and broadens our perspective.

One of the things that sets me apart as a travel advisor is the level of care, organization, and attention I bring to every client experience. I’m naturally detail-oriented (perhaps even to a fault) and I believe thoughtful planning can make all the difference. From coordinating timelines and logistics to helping clients navigate travel documents and important requirements, my goal is to make the planning process feel smooth, organized, and stress-free. My clients can feel confident knowing I’m paying attention to the details they may not even realize matter.

I also dedicate significant time to ongoing travel education so I can best serve my clients. I stay current on destination updates, supplier changes, and especially European travel requirements and entry guidelines, which can evolve over time. My clients can feel confident knowing I’m committed to staying informed and helping them prepare for their travels with clarity and confidence. 

I know firsthand what it feels like to be the client. Over the years, I’ve worked with travel advisors myself and have also planned many trips independently. Sometimes I needed expert guidance, sometimes life was simply too busy, and other times I wanted the peace of mind of having someone in my corner if unexpected issues arose. Those experiences shaped how I care for my own clients today.

My goal is simple: to treat every client the way I would want to be treated- with clear communication, honesty, organization, and genuine care. I care deeply about the people I work with, and I become just as excited about your trip as you are. From the moment we begin planning until you return home with incredible memories, I want you to feel supported every step of the way.
