Stephanie was great to work with from the beginning. She gave us several options within our budget and we picked from there. The morning we were to fly out, our flight was canceled. It was 1am (we live that far from the airport). We tried to handle it on our own, and continued to head to the airport. Needless to say, the small regional Airport we chose, wasn't much help. Stephanie answered a 5am wake-up call and started looking for alternative flights out of other airports. We got to our resort later that day and had an amazing trip! Stephanie handled all the details and communicated with us, as needed (not overly much!). She also is following up with us to make sure we get refunded for our original flight, and she's helping us file an insurance claim to (hopefully) help cover some of the cost of our same day flight! If you aren't traveling with Stephanie, you should be!

Stephanie was amazing! She helped my husband and I plan a destination wedding for 62 guests. She was very responsive, helpful, and made sure we were always taken care of. She went out of her way to make sure things went smoothly and did everything she possibly could to help. She was always there to answer questions and to guide us no matter what time or day it was. Stephanie was so helpful in planning our trip to Hawaii for my 50th birthday. She helped us decide which islands to go to and booked everything from the airline tickets, hotel and car rentals. She even changed up the flight times when she found better options. She sent us many great ideas on activities to enjoy while we were there and offered to book them for us as well. She was so pro-active on contacting us to let us know when payments and deposits were due and gave us a great summary on everything to know from confirmations, id's, baggage, even parking suggestions the week before. We went on a 14 day river cruise on both the Rhine and Danube rivers. Stephanie recommended AMA Waterways and we were so glad she did. Excursions were perfect for us with many options at each stop. The recommended Jewel Paradise Cove Resort (JPCR) was a great getaway. The resort's accommodations were highly accessible. The main dining offered various delicious foods, including traditional local flare. The Jerk-Hut was one of our favorite eating spots on the main beach! We found the resort's staff polite and welcoming. JPCR offered excellent entertainment day and night! JPCR was not overly crowded, which we liked as well.
