Nicki is great! Not only did she set up all the things she was there to answer any questions! It was so nice having it all set up for you and being able to easily reach someone with any questions that always seem to pop- up before a trip! The perfect anniversary trip!!!

We told Nicki what we were looking to do and she took care of the rest! Every detail was planned perfectly and she took the extra time to call us the day before leaving to answer last minute questions! We had the sweetest(literally, cupcakes!) surprise waiting in our room!

Took my grandson to Disney with his mom. We planned super late but Nicki took care of us. She did such a good job that we are doing it again with his little brother. And there are two more coming up the line!!
