Laura Scott was fantastic to work with and made our entire travel experience smooth and stress-free. She was always quick to respond to any questions I had, whether by email or phone, and was incredibly easy to communicate with throughout the process.
When an unexpected airline issue came up, Laura stepped in and resolved the problem quickly, which took a lot of stress off our shoulders. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and dedication to customer service were outstanding.
I would absolutely use Laura again for future travel plans and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, and easy-to-work-with travel agent. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our trip was a success.
