Melissa has done nothing but an incredible job at helping us plan our trips! When we went on our first cruise, there was a problem with our hotel that we didn't even know about because we were up in the air. The hotel was cancelling all reservations due to weather so they would have more rooms for other guests. Melissa got the cancellation email and fixed the problem for us before we even touched down! Without her, we would've been stranded at the airport without a hotel. Now with her help, we are planning our honeymoon!!

Melissa is truly an amazing travel agent. From start to finish, she makes every aspect of planning a trip feel effortless because she takes care of it all! We had accommodations, meal, reservations, and a seamless itinerary all thanks to her. In addition, she was super responsive to anything that came up along the way.
