Responsive, honest and very effective at helping book the right trip for individuals or groups. Yvonne recommended the most perfect resort for our group and it was a home-run.
We have been to many resorts before but her recommendation was bang on for what we were looking for this time.
It is rare but the trip was so perfect that it felt too long, lol. By listening to what we needed she was able to pinpoint that we wanted to be at a resort that felt Jamaican (food & culture) - plus had excellent staff, services and amenities!

Working with Yvonne was honestly one of the best decisions we made while planning our honeymoon. We first met her at a wedding show, and right away her warmth, kindness, and genuine excitement for helping couples stood out to us. From that very first conversation, we felt like we were in great hands.
Yvonne helped us plan and book our dream honeymoon to Jamaica, and her knowledge and confidence throughout the process gave us so much peace of mind. When hurricanes forced our trip to be canceled, we were heartbroken and incredibly stressed. What could have been a complete nightmare turned into a manageable and even hopeful experience because of Yvonne. She immediately stepped in, reassured us, and worked tirelessly to rebook us in Punta Cana.
She showed unbelievable patience with all of our back and forth while we tried to choose a new destination and hotel. We never once felt rushed or like we were asking too many questions. She truly listened to what we wanted, respected our budget, and helped us find something that still felt incredibly special and perfect for our honeymoon.
What meant the most to us was how much she cared even after we left for our trip. She even followed up directly with the hotel multiple times to make sure we were being taken care of and receiving the best experience possible. That level of care and dedication is something we will never forget.

Making a dream come true

Yvonne was very helpful in helping us plan our trip to Japan. Even when one package was sold out she told us not to worry and she right. Everything worked out and we were very happy with the package and especially having people help guide us from the airport to the hotel and then to our other hotels. Yvonne has become such an important part of my families travel memories. We're a family of four with two sons, ages 13 and 9. As the kids have grown, our travel interests have changed. It's so easy to send an email to Yvonne with some ideas and visions of what we're looking for and Yvonne gives us a few destinations that she thinks will spark our interest. Our wedding venue (hotel) was changed three times due to the properties being sold. The last change occurred about three weeks before our wedding! Needless to say it was a bit stressful. Yvonne went out of her way to keep us informed and to ensure that each change went smoothly for us and our 30 guests who booked through her. We received calls from Yvonne on several Friday evenings (well after typical work hours) to provide us updates so that we would be able to relax for the weekend! Yvonne made planning a destination wedding so easy. She was persistent in every way. She answered every question that we had. She kept us up to date with information that was being given from our hotel. Once we boarded our flight to Jamaica, everything went so smooth. We’d never worked with a travel agent before but we decided we could use some help planning our honeymoon--and we’re so glad we did! Right away, Yvonne took the time to ask questions to understand what we wanted, and she made valuable suggestions to guide us along. There was some extra paperwork to travel during the pandemic, but Yvonne handled everything so we didn’t have to worry. She sent us a care package prior to the trip with some brochures and a document holder that we used to hold all our important documents during the flights. On the trip, we had a minor communication gap with one of the tour companies for an excursion the next day, but one quick message to Yvonne and everything was sorted out. That was so appreciated--the last thing we wanted on our honeymoon was to stress over logistics. Yvonne saved us so much headache both before and during our trip, she goes above and beyond to give you the best possible experience, and she really cares! We cannot recommend Yvonne enough!

Yvonne did an amazing job with every aspect of our recent vacation to the Dominican Republic! When booking our trip, she listened to what we were looking for and found us the perfect resort that met all of our needs perfectly. During our trip she was an amazing resource when things didn't go according to plan including our airline losing our luggage and a hiccup with the excursion we had booked. It was so reassuring knowing we had someone in our corner taking care of us. This was a once in a lifetime vacation for our entire family and she did the little extras to make us feel like we got special treatment. Our one son ruptured his appendix just days before departure and she was on it right away. She totally took care of the situation and intervened so he can travel at a later date. A big huge thanks to Yvonne for making our honeymoon a huge success. Changed the dates on her a couple times but she was able to make the changes and provided all the necessary information for each change. There were no surprises at all. Our stay in Jamaica was awesome and she helped to arrange extra perks while down there without us knowing as well. We didn't have to worry about anything. We just enjoyed the room and the beach view all week.

Yvonne was recommended to me through a family friend. I was looking to take a trip to Jamaica, but because it was my first time searching for an all inclusive trip and being outside of North America, I didn’t know where to start. All my interactions with Yvonne has been positive. She is really helpful and supplied me with various hotel options/dates for our trip to Cuba. We had booked our flight and unfortunately, WestJet had cancelled all flights to Cayo Santa Maria. When Yvonne relayed this information to me, she was very calm and helped me with creating my plan B. :) Sunwing then changed the time of the flight to a more inconvenient time (I travelled with with a 6 year old and a 2 year old.) Yvonne spoke on my behalf and again, helped me come up with a plan C.

Our experience with Yvoone Campbell as our agent assisting us with planning our destination wedding was exceptional. Yvonne was always professional, organized, keen and eager to ensure that our vision was her priority.
Whilst in Mexico Yvonne kept in regular contact with the resident wedding planner on the resort to ensure that our every need was adhered to.
The day of the wedding went very smoothly, the resident wedding planner kept in regular contact with us always making sure that our vision was met.
When we went back to our room after the wedding we had rose petals on our bed, champagne and chocolates waiting for us.
The resort was beautiful and all the staff were always eager to attend to our every need.

I didn't have to worry about collecting the info, and children ages, and kid club registrations, etc. You organized and coordinated to make sure everyone was on schedule with what they had to do, where they had to be, and when they had to be there. The Resort recommendation was awesome! The perfect place for all the different age groups...I bet you even provided the sunshine all week as well!! Thanks again. Thanks for the extra special attention we received here at home and at the resort. Everyone enjoyed the Birthday cakes...yes not 1 but 2. Yvonne was wondering and helped with the many aspects of planning a destination wedding that can be daunting for the couple getting married. She arranged all the travel for our guests, so we didn't have to be involved. She kept in contact with the resort wedding planner so that we mainly had to approve specific details until closer to the wedding. Yvonne was part of an amazing team that really helped make our big day a dream come true. We would definitely recommend Yvonne to other people, and work with her for travelling again in the future.
