I am an annual passholder and usually book my trips on my own, but utilizing Diandra to book my latest last minute trip was great! She took care of processing all my payments so I didn’t have to spend time on hold with Disney, provided helpful tips and emails leading up to my trip date and promptly responded to all of my questions. She is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with! The support I received definitely made this trip more enjoyable and I have already had Diandra book my next trip :)

Working with Diandra for our Disney trip was effortless- she took care of all the details, listened to what we wanted, was quick to reply when asked questions, walked us through each step, and really made our trip easy so we could focus on our fun! Diandra helped book our trip including a multiple date and ticket changes due to my indecisiveness. She was able to get us the best price and included tips /info that I wouldnt have known booking on my own. Our airline ended up canceling our flight last minute which she actually informed me of even before the airline. She helped us navigate through the cancelled flight situation and connected with disney on our behalf. I would definitely encourage anyone booking Disneyworld to go through her because there is so much extra info and advice you get(I previously booked myself always at Land
). I would definitely use a travel agent again for peace of mind and they know their stuff plus get you the deals !

We had such a wonderful time at the Dreams Resort in Bahia Mita, Mexico! We were a group of 21 which is not easy to plan and book for so we were so happy to work with Diandra! Awesome Hotel and Flight

The direct flight from Victoria to Puerto Vallarta was awesome, as with our large group, it would have been a nuisance to stop over and change flights! The Dreams Bahía Mita hotel in Nuevo Vallarta was absolutely amazing and the food one of the best in Mexico. Thank you Diandra for booking us this hotel. The only drawback for a few members of our group was that there was not much activities around our hotel to go to, as it was quite isolated. Just one day we did all go to the town of Sayulita. It cost us $US 460 plus tip of $40 back and forth for transportation. Other than Sayulita, another day a few of us went to the Sunday market by Uber. The resort itself was amazing and we enjoyed the excellent food at the buffet as well as at the many restaurants. The pool was fun too. Not much of a beach , but the teens did play beach volleyball and the little kids in whatever sandy areas they could find. All in all, it was a fabulous family vacation and thank you Diandra for all your wonderful arrangements, including transportation to and from the airport. Our granddaughter Sienna ( who studies at the University in Ontario) surprised most of us, when she arrived a couple of days after we arrived and was there with us for a week! Wonderful family trip, great weather, great accommodation and great food!! Thank you Diandra!!

I first came across Diandra on Instagram and reached out in hopes of getting some tips for our first-ever Disney World trip. My family and I knew absolutely nothing about Disney, and to make it even more of a challenge, we were booking very last minute and on a very strict budget.
Honestly, I’m still blown away by what she was able to pull off- she went so far above and beyond our expectations! Diandra was absolutely amazing and made everything feel simple and seamless. As someone who loves to have everything planned out, she relieved so much of my stress by taking care of every single detail.
The level of service she provides is just unmatched. For example, while we were actually at the park, we couldn’t get our photo passes to link. Diandra didn’t want us to miss out on a second of the fun or have to spend our day tech-troubleshooting, so she actually signed into our account for us and got everything hooked up while we were off enjoying the rides!
She provided so much expert advice, sent over perfect itinerary guides and was always available when we needed her. I truly don’t know why anyone would book a vacation without a travel agent, let alone Disney without an expert like Diandra- especially since it doesn't cost a penny extra! I’m so happy I found her and truly cannot recommend her enough. We will be using her time and time again for our family vacations. You won't regret booking with her!

She also was able to adjust our booking that ended up saving us from a monsoon and allowed us to spend 4 days in the park instead of 2! Thank you for everything that you did for us! Last year my family travelled to Disneyland, it was everyone’s first time being down there. I was the one planning the vacation and without Diandra it would have been a mess. I was definitely overwhelmed with all the options and number of bookings I needed to plan. I reached out to Diandra because I knew she had knowledge of the area and how to stick handle around down there. She was an incredible help and I am so happy I reached out, our trip was amazing and my family had such a great time thanks to Diandra’s input. I was very stressed before I spoke with her and with her help it put my mind at ease. Other family and friends have asked me how my experience was down there and I’ve told every one of them, it was fantastic but don’t go down there without a plan and talk to Diandra before you go lol.
