I booked a Disney Cruise from San Diego to Ensenada with a stop at Catalina Island and my experience booking with Jefferson was fantastic! In the early stages of planning, he always responded quickly to answer any questions I had. Making custom payments for my cruise was very easy and Jeff did the math for me when I said I wanted to pay half or one third of my balance. Whenever it was time to pay off the remaining balance, time to book activities on the cruise, or time to check in to my cruise, Jeff created a thorough list of each important date as well as the specific times. As those times got closer, he sent me reminders to make sure I didn't forget, which is great because I can be pretty forgetful. When I needed to find hotel accommodations, Jeff made it super easy to narrow down which hotels fit my budget, was in my preferred area, was partnered with Disney Cruise Line, and near the port. He also gave me recommendations for different airlines and flights when I wasn't sure what exactly I was looking for like nonstop, direct, if it fit my budget, and perks for each airline. He even made sure that I had a rental car booked ahead of time if I wanted to explore the city without taking taxis, ubers, and lyfts. For activities, he gave me a discount I could use to book through his Viator link. Before actually traveling, he gave me a gift tailored to my tastes to use on my trip, which included travel accessories, pens, Disney items, and even a Disney gift card. When it was time to fly into the city where the port was at, Jeff reminded me to pack my passport and ID as well as tracked my flight to make sure it was on time and the flight wasn't delayed or canceled. He goes above and beyond and noticed a tiny detail regarding salutations that could easily be missed when I requested a placeholder for my next cruise. After paying a deposit for the placeholder, he made sure that it went through on his end. I know I am in good hands with Jeff for my next Disney Cruise.

Jeff and Sandy made planning, booking and creating unforgettable family memories so easy! His insight and knowlege of Aulani and of activities on Oahu allowed us to navigate our experience with a 3 year old and 18 month old seamlessly. Jeff was incredibly knowledgeable in picking an incredible hotel room with panoramic views to watch sunrise in the morning and the Luau in the evening, navigating the photopass info, scheduling a character breakfast, spa day, navigating the pool activities and so much more. This was truly an unforgettable experience! The care to detail in planning didn't end there though. A couple weeks before the trip, Jeff and Sandy personally dropped of itinerary information and gifts to get the kids excited about our upcoming trip. With Jeff and Sandy's help to plan our trip, it was just simply unforgettable! I highly recommend their services if you want an unforgettable vacation every step of the way.

Jeff was great from the start. Very responsive to every time I reached out to him with thoughtful responses as well as his personal experience regarding the question. He frequently updated me on anything that was happening to the cruise to include price drops! Not to mention the free gifts that was full of trinkets that we used during the trip.
