This last trip was a four week cruise with Princess from Rome to Singapore. I needed a hotel in Singapore for the night in the down town area and she found a great one at a reasonable price. Also needed transportation to the airport from the hotel the next morning and she found a very reliable service at again a reasonable price. Traveling in a foreign country can make you feel uneasy sometimes but with good help it makes it easier.

Our trip to Ireland was a once in a lifetime experience to visit several handpicked places by Jane that gave us a perfect tour of this country. Jane Green has been handling all my travel needs since 2006. We experienced Dublin and Cork on a cruise seven years ago, and were curious to see more of Ireland. We told Jane we wanted to go to Alaska with my sister and brother in law. She showed us a 12 day trip through the Inside Passage of Alaska along with a land trip to Denali. She arranged everything so we were together everywhere on our tour. Everything was perfect, we just had to show up! We were happy we decided to go on the land trip also because when the cruise was over, we weren't ready to go home yet.

We found Jane to be extremely efficient and quick at booking our cruise. We appreciated her warm personality, and she filled us with confidence that every detail was being handled, which made for a stress free trip. We had never used a Travel Agent before, but we will never go back to booking a big trip on our own again. Hassle free! We have known Jane for a long time and are long time clients of hers. She really knows what she is doing and very efficient. We are not the best on the computer and with Jane it is second nature. We have always felt Jane has our best interest at heart and to us always finds the best deals/price for our trips. Jane is a wealth of information. Since she has traveled to so many places she can easily answer your questions. After I decide where I want to travel, I talk to Jane to find out what are the best sites to see in the area, how to get around, where to stay, etc. She shares her experiences for that area which is a tremendous help for me in planning my own vacation so I can get the maximum benefit for the money. In terms of expenses, I don't know how she does it, but she can beat the prices that I find on the internet when searching for deals. I never begrudge the booking fee because she gives us so much peace of mind. We hope we stop flying BEFORE Jane retires!

We tortured Jane with indecision and change when she planned our Baltic Cruise to Russia, from which we just returned.

Jane booked our cruise and everything was great!

Portugal is a beautiful country with high rolling hills that are terraced for the growing of grapes. Her experience is invaluable. She gave us good tips on companies to aid our explorations, and helped us navigate rebooking when our flight changed its times.

We originally booked an Alaska Cruise for myself, my husband and my 83 mom in law. We bought trip insurance and the cruise , booked excursions, made dinner reservations , booked a hotel room for the night before we are to board the Princess Discovery and we were set. We were driving to Seattle to embark on the ship. A few months before the cruise my mom in law changes her mind and she isn’t going . We call Jane and went back in and work on taking my Mom in Law off of all the reservations. Some events we canceled all together because we were only doing them just for her. At this point we’re ready to just cancel the entire Alaska cruise! Jane advised us not to. She told us we should go and we would love it just the 2 of us. We canceled the travel insurance and bought a new policy, we canceled dinner reservations and made them for a private table for 2, we canceled excursions and picked ones we really enjoyed doing, we took her off the cruise . The ship was excellent as previously describe to us by Jane. All trip segments were on time and met expectations except one location due to bad weather.

Jane gave us all the tools and organization to experience a most enjoyable trip. She handled all the transfers, the best room on the ship and explained how everything would work.

Jane took care of all the details - even printed out our luggage tags. She is easy to work with and always willing to answer my questions.

The train was very scenic from Anchorage to Denali. We really liked the excursions. I especially enjoyed Mendanhall glacier. The weather was good. There was only one day of rain in Ketchikan. The food and service on the ship were exceptional. Our cabin was the perfect size. Having breakfast delivered was quite a luxury. There as a noise problem which was resolved after going back and forth with the cruise line. They offered us a cabin on the 4th level which we declined. They gave us a shipboard credit which made it a little better. We enjoyed the entertainment. We appreciate all that Jane did to make this a very good trip for us.

This was our fifth trip to the UK environs that Jane has helped us with. Each one has been professionally and personally planned by Jane who seems to know exactly what our needs are from an opening conversation to such mundane details as extra leg room, the type of plane and its layout, almost the number of stairs to each room. Our trips have not been without their rookie mistakes on our part but have always come out fun and interesting. Jane has a world of experience at her fingertips having been seemingly everywhere multiple times. Her patience and accessibility including last minute drop-ins to her busy schedule offer the confidence needed in in-frequent travelers to complete the trip. Jane helped arrange our 11-night Caribbean cruise on the Norwegian Cruise Line ship "Norwegian Gem". Absolutely delightful experience. Great food, great facilities, friendly and helpful staff on the ship, easy boarding and debarking, lots of things to do each day. Well worth the price. Jane's excellent guidance and advice helped make this trip possible for us.

Jane helped us pull together a short-notice spring break trip for the family. She made it super easy - all the details were just - done! It's like she had a magic wand!

We had a wonderful time. The food, service and onboard experience was what we have come to expect from Holland America. However, I wouldn,t recommend this cruise to anyone elderly with health issues. We heard that 31 people left the ship for medical reasons. The remoteness in the vast Pacific Ocean with limited facilities other than Hawaii and Tahiti would be problematic. We ended up missing the Fanning Island port call when we had to turn the ship around and head back to near Honolulu so the coast guard could airlift a man who had a stroke. The highlight of our experience was the beautiful island of Moorea. Stunning! Overall a great cruise if just a little bit long.

That title applies to both our trip AND Jane. We told Jane we wanted to go somewhere warm during the Oregon rainy months, and she arranged a doozy of a cruise for us! A 35-day cruise to Hawaii and French Polynesia aboard Holland America’s Koningsdam cruise ship. Not only was the ship beautiful with all the amenities you would expect (great food, great entertainment, wonderful activities, outstanding staff, etc.), but it took us to multiple versions of paradise. The Hawaiian islands were beautiful and the French Polynesian islands were even more so! We saw many amazing views, gorgeous waters, met many lovely people, and learned lots about the Hawaiian and Polynesian cultures. It was a marvelous time. Jane once again gave us a trip of wonderful memories.

Jane is a consumate proffessional in that she is courteous, business like is getting cruising information, helpful by insuring that we had boarding passes and pertinent information prior to the cruise and flexibile with installments to enhance the clients excursions, room accomodations and preparation for debarking. Some details are not available any longer.
There is no shuttle from hetel to the terminal where you debark. We took and Uber which was approxiamtely $ 30.
Jane had a wonderful suggestion to bid and a stateroom that had a balcolney. That turned out wonderful and a view to the west (think sunsets) and a few cargo ships going by throughout the day.
The food was fantastic! It was part of the package. We visited a Smokehouse and a Japanese "Tempannia" restuarant. They were entertaining and plenty of food served a a premium price. Well work it!
We watched the Jersey Boys in the theater. Wow!

Loved the trip with Viking ~ Russia was a wonderful trip and
the employees on the ship were the best. They were so very
caring and first class in every way.

Our luggage was someplace other than the Moscow airport when
we arrived there. Thank goodness we were traveling with a company
like Viking. They stayed on top of it for us, and continued to call the
airport daily. They gave us some clothing such as polo shirts, robes,
and toiletries to hold us over. We were on board Wed. eve and they
already knew about the problem at the front desk. They even gave me
a rain jacket to wear for our first excursion on Thurs. (The luggage
showed up Friday evening after dinner. Wearing the same outfit
for 4 days was a bit much, but it worked out.) I thank Viking for making a possible miserable experience somewhat livable.

I could go on and on about the trip and all that we learned and saw.

It was very well organized, we didn't have to shelp our bags or worry about room arrangements. There were special side trips which enhanced our tour. It was wonderful...busy, several long days in the bus, but very enlightening, perfect for the first time European travelers. We did see a lot of France and came away with more of the sense of 'what is French', which is what we wanted. The tour guide and bus driver were exceptional...very knowledgeable and responsive.
