I am a proud Graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge and have personally visited Disneyland, Disney World, & Disney Cruise Line (over 130 times) as a solo traveler, a parent & grandparent sharing special moments with my children & grandchildren, also as a couple seeking magical adventures.
Before becoming a travel agent, I spent years as a flight attendant, exploring the world and gaining firsthand experience in travel logistics, cultures, and hospitality.
My journeys have taken me to Italy, France, Switzerland, the UK, Germany, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Thailand, the Philippines, and beyond for pleasure, business, and even on mission trips.
My love for travel began early, as I toured Europe at just 14 years old with National school bands, navigating multiple countries without my parents and discovering the thrill of independent travel.
Over the past three years as a professional travel agent, I have helped countless families plan dream vacations, drawing on my extensive personal experience with cruises, resorts, and international destinations.

Disney World for Adults!

Karla was amazing! I've been to Disney World several times with my kids, but never as a girl's trip. Karla planned and booked everything for me. All I had to do was show up and enjoy the Not so Scary Halloween at Disney. Being able to enjoy Disney at my own pace and do what I wanted when shopping, visiting the parks, and trying different dinning was fun, relaxing, and incredible. Thank you.

Karla to the Rescue!!

I contacted Karla to help schedule a flight for my son (under 2) and I to fly halfway across the country for a funeral and also to rent a car. I was feeling stressed with trying to find the best deals and overwhelmed with all the information while getting my family, that was remaining at home, organized for while I was away. Karla came to my rescue! She was more than happy to help me and got me squared away. The stress of having to plan the travel and make sure I wasn't going to screw things up was gone thanks to Karla's capable hands! She even went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and check in on me to make sure all was going well with the travel and again express her condolences. I was so glad I reached out to her. I will use her again and next time, it will be for a more enjoyable trip! I highly, highly recommend her!

Karla is absolutely amazing and I recommend her to everyone I meet who is looking to book a vacation. She has helped us book numerous trips to Disney and Universal Studios (and helped us procure annual passes!), as well as more mundane trips to New Orleans! From her responsiveness, to answering all of my crazy questions, to troubleshooting small issues, to checking in and providing all sorts of resources - Karla was on top of it all, and really all we had to do was show up and have the best trip ever! Disneyland & Walt Disney nostalgia

Our Disneyland trip was one of the most special vacations we’ve ever taken, thanks to Karla. Her enthusiasm for Disney nostalgia truly elevated the experience. We stayed at the iconic Disneyland Hotel, and she encouraged us to check out the Grand Californian and Pixar Hotel, both beautiful and worth exploring.
Karla arranged two unforgettable experiences: a tour of Walt Disney’s apartment above the firehouse on Main Street, and a visit to the Walt Disney Studios in Burbank. Both were deeply moving and incredibly special something we never would’ve booked on our own.
As always, Karla walked us through everything: meals, schedules, arranged airline tickets, airport transportation and payment schedules. Her attention to detail meant we never had to worry. She was always quick to respond to questions and genuinely cared that we were having a great time.

A Dream Come True!
We just sent my two kids (14 & 7) on a 5-day Disney cruise to the Bahamas with their Nana, and it was truly magical. From start to finish, everything was perfectly planned and SO easy, thanks to Karla! Every little detail, from what to pack, where to be & what to expect was clearly laid out. Everyone felt confident and prepared, the kids had the absolute time of their lives. From pirate dinner, dance parties & kids club, to splashing around on the ship & island excursions, they were in Disney heaven the whole time. Our First Disney Cruise Magical
I submitted my information on a Disney travel agent site and, within minutes, heard from Karla. We started planning nearly a year and a half before sailing. Coordinating a group of ten with busy lives and different schedules was no small task, but when we finally landed on the one week that worked for everyone and matched the sailing of the Disney Treasure, I’m sure Karla let out a well-deserved sigh of relief.
