Hi! I’m Shauna Pitkin, CEO and Founder of Cugina & Cove Travel Co., a luxury travel agency based in Buffalo, New York. I have always believed that travel is about so much more than just getting from one place to another — it is about creating moments you remember forever. That passion is what led me to build a business focused on helping families, couples, and groups plan elevated, personalized vacations around the world.

As both a travel advisor and mom of three, I understand firsthand how overwhelming vacation planning can feel. Between balancing budgets, finding the right destination, coordinating schedules, and trying to make everyone happy, planning a trip can quickly become stressful. My goal is to take that stress away and replace it with excitement, confidence, and thoughtful guidance every step of the way.

I specialize in Disney Destinations, Universal Orlando Resort, cruises, Europe, and all-inclusive vacations, with a particular passion for luxury family travel that balances excitement with relaxation. Whether I am helping a family plan their very first Walt Disney World vacation, coordinating a multi-generational Mediterranean cruise, or designing an adults-only all-inclusive escape, I focus on creating experiences that feel organized, exciting, and memorable.

One of my favorite parts of this industry is helping clients experience destinations in a way that feels effortless and meaningful. I love finding hidden gems, recommending the perfect resort for each travel style, and helping clients maximize their time without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. From resort selection and dining reservations to Lightning Lane strategies, VIP experiences, excursions, transfers, cruises, and special events, I handle every detail so my clients can focus on being fully present with the people they love most.

Disney and Universal vacations are some of my favorite trips to plan because there are so many details that can completely shape the experience. I help my clients navigate everything from resort categories and dining plans to park strategies, holiday parties, and balancing busy park days with relaxing resort days. I especially love helping families discover experiences beyond the obvious attractions — whether that is a hidden dining spot, a quieter resort area, or the perfect way to slow down and enjoy the magic without feeling exhausted.

Beyond theme parks, I also have a deep love for Europe, luxury cruises, and oceanfront destinations. Some of my favorite experiences involve combining beautiful scenery, incredible food, cultural experiences, and time to truly relax and reconnect. Whether it is sailing through the Mediterranean, enjoying an adults-only Caribbean resort, or planning a family beach vacation, I am passionate about helping my clients create memories that last long after the trip is over.
