Had always dreamed of going to Switzerland. Finally at 85 years of age, I made it. Loved the mountains, although very cold loved every aspect of the trip. Enjoyed everything I saw and did. Susan helped in every way to make my dream come true. So kind as and caring. Never having been to Europe before, there were many things I didn’t know, she was kind and patient with my questions. I’m always most helpful. It helped my trip go much smoother than it might have otherwise. I had a need for another flight within the states. I hear it again. I don’t see it and she worked with my airline miles to schedule it for a very small fee and the baggage cost. Susan is so very excellent. I will never use anyone else to help me in my travels. A number one.

Susan was very helpful in planning our trip to Switzerland for a guided tour with Globus Tours. She made sure our flights were handled and all the connections were made.

Susan was extremely thorough in explaining all of the details of the trip. Being an inexperienced traveler, she walked me through the flight procedures, insurance products, and additional tours on the itinerary. She was so kind and patient and even made a paper copy of all the instructions for the trip just for me. The trip to Switzerland was wonderful and each day was filled with exciting experiences. I remember saying, after day one of driving through the Alps, that if the trip ended now, it was worth it's cost. What a fantastic experience!

Susan is exceptional. I will be using her for all of my trips going forward. My plan is to have one international trip and one domestic trip a year. Susan makes life easy and we were able to be totally focused on the "fun" of the trip. Easy planning and perfect execution.
