Looking for a family-friendly all-inclusive experience? Don’t look farther than the Beaches chain of resorts. Winning awards year after year, Beaches has two properties in Jamaica and one in Turks and Caicos and provides a world-class experience I don’t think you will really find anywhere else.
I like to consider Beaches “ultra-inclusive” because they go beyond just basic meal choices, with more bars and restaurants to choose from and premium liquors offered for the adults. Your watersports are included, some land activities (like golf) are included, your tips, food, drinks, taxes, and entertainment are all included!
Each property boasts multiple pools, whirlpools, swim-up bars, and miles of beautiful beaches.
Beaches loves children and offers kids’ camp and nanny services. Ever the step above, Beaches even has autism-certified staff. I have personally been to all three Beaches locations, and can’t say enough about these wonderful resorts.
With Beaches family friendly atmosphere, it is also a wonderful location for destination wedding groups. Beaches helps pick the location of the service, whether beach or garden, and has a wonderful wedding staff to ensure all your paperwork is in order for the wedding. Depending upon the size of the wedding group, they offer numerous amenities to ensure the whole group feels special. One other nice plus is if the bride and groom wish to travel to a Sandals property after the wedding they can move from family-friendly to their romantic adult-only honeymoon all on one island.

I book a trip to Hawaii, with another agent. Who I had vey little contract with. I went into the office to make a payment, and didn't see my agent . And I told she no longer work for the company. Stephanie was wonderful! She was very helpful in answering all of our questions and concerns. She was always easy to reach by phone or by appointment. Our cruise to Alaska was for our 20th wedding anniversary, and it was truly amazing! All we literally had to do was show up and the rest was taken care of. Every detail from our flights, shuttles to hotel and ship, etc was taken care of and was absolutely worry free. I would definitely use Stephanie again with no hesitation.

December Vacation in Paradise!

We recently decided that we wanted to take a family trip out of the country but were apprehensive with the ever-changing travel requirements post-COVID. Thanks to Stephanie we were completely prepared for our trip and we had what our daughters said was their best beach trip ever! She was very proactive in letting us know when requirements were changing throughout the whole process. As our travel date approached she scheduled a conference call to go through every document and even gave us a much needed recommendation for the best place to get a rapid test on a Sunday before we left. We could go on and on because she also contacted the country's travel authority on our behalf and worked with Sandals to change our travel dates when a conflict came up. We are so grateful to have had the benefit of her expertise for this vacation!

A Trip of a Lifetime !!

Jamaican Honeymoon~ Ya Mon!

I reached out to her and let her know what we were looking for: Caribbean, on the beach room, all inclusive, lots of adventures. Our Italy trip was the second trip Stephanie booked for me. I recommend her all the time because she is attentive beyond belief. Stephanie constantly thinks ahead and plans for every detail of your trip. This particular trip was a bit stressful in that Covid hit and created obstacles we never dreamed of, but thankfully Stephanie was on point at navigating through everything. She worked endlessly to make sure our needs were addressed and that our experience was top notch. Even while on the trip, she kept an eye on our flights and any needs that popped up. Fantastic Trip!

We began planning this most recent trip with Stephanie in Jan20, she had helped us in 2019 and that experience was perfect. But then COV19 hit. I'm not sure we would ever have been able to navigate through all the changes that had to be made on our own, but Stephanie made sure that everything was taken care of! The amount of time and care she put in to making sure our alternate arrangements were handled properly was amazing. Our family just got back from the most wonderful trip, and we will absolutely work with Stephanie again for future trips. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

We want to thank our travel agent Stephanie Garner with Travel Leaders for arranging our travel to Sandals Grande St. Lucia, especially the second time for the same trip. The eruption of the volcano on the neighboring island of St. Vincent resulted in last minute cancellation of all flights to St. Lucia so we moved the trip out one month to let eruptions and ash settle. This required cancellation of the return flight, hotel stay and an excursion, then rebooking the trip as new. She spent an untold amount of time on the phone with the airline and Sandals getting all of this arranged. But that wasn’t the end. The second time we were to leave our flight out was delayed, which meant we would miss the connecting flight. This time it was only one day but she had to move everything again.
The third time was a charm and our trip was absolutely wonderful! We are so grateful to have Stephanie as our travel agent can’t imagine having to do all this ourselves it would have been a nightmare.

We had booked a family vacation to Turks & Caicos for Spring of 2020 but because of the Covid-19 pandemic, we had to reschedule it to Spring of 2021. She helped to walk us through the whole process and lightened our anxieties about what to do and what to expect. A Trip to Remember

Stephanie has always been professional and willing to go above and beyond when planning our trips to the different Sandals resorts. We have been fortunate to work with Stephanie for the past nine years. She has always offered support and helped in navigating the complexities of traveling abroad. Stephanie has also helped our friends who have traveled with us by providing them the same level of service that she provides for us. She is always patient and ALWAYS there when we have a question or a problem, no matter the time or day . Our trip to Sandals La Toc in St. Lucia last summer included twelve of our friends who traveled as a group. Stephanie's expert help made this one of the best trips we've experienced. She provided us with the information that we needed, and made all of the arrangements. It was AWESOME, and one that we will never forget!!!! We couldn't have done it without Stephanie's help. We're in the middle of planning another two trips now!!
