Amazing trip to Australia!

Dave was fantastic throughout the whole process from planning through the whole trip! He gathered lots of information at the outset, came up with a proposed itinerary, and didn't bat an eye when we asked to alter some of the things he suggested. He was gracious and thoughtful throughout, helping us with flights, hotels, meals and excursions. When an excursion was cancelled, he helped find an alternative. When there was a change with one of our in-country flights, which impacted everything given the change in time, he immediately got to work, making alternative arrangements (and this was from half way around the world). That saved us the time and hassle while we were on vacation. I highly recommend working with Dave for any travel needs!

Great first trip!

I have never been on a cruise before and was very excited about my first trip. Dave spent a good deal of time with me on the phone talking through all my options, what ships were newest, what entertainment they had, what itineraries were in my budget, the works! It was super nice to have some that has so much experience in cruising help make my first trip the best! Also last minute my friend who was going to be coming with me had to cancel due to a family health issue and Dave thankfully helped me navigate that with the cruise line and I even got back some money and a credit for next time.

Dave was very helpful from start to finish. Whenever I had questions or concerns he was able to answer my questions or call the cruise line to get answers for us. This made the experience seamless from my end. He was very quick to respond whenever I reached out and easy to collaborate with.
