I would recommend Happily Ever After to anyone looking to have the best experience at WDW and Universal. Kristen took the time to get to know both my daughter and I. She recommended great activities and booked everything for us. She even booked our lighting lanes at WDW prior to us being there then as we used them. We didn’t have to live on the ap we could just have fun.

Kristin was a phenomenal planner for our Disney trip. She takes the time to get to know what your family would like and stays in contact throughout the entire trip. One of our kids got sick on our first day and she helped us rearrange our plans and extend our stay. We will be using her for all of our future travel adventures!

Kristin was such a great person to work with she was very knowledgeable about everything we had questions about. She is very Quick to respond to any email with questions you may have. Lots to do had many restaurants ice cream shop coffee bar bowling alley piano bar to name a few things and lots of wildlife which was cool to see. We would definitely go back there.

Kristin was so helpful in planning our Disney trip in September! It was our first time to Disney and everything seemed so overwhelming. Kristin Frontz is the absolute best in vacation planning! She is very personable and in tune with all of the little details that make a vacation go smoothly from start to finish! She helped us with planning our families very first trip to Disney at no cost to us! This was very special to us because my kids are very young (ages 2 and 6) and had never flown before. She helped us with resort recommendations based on our needs, she set up private travel arrangements from the airport to our resort with a very affordable and reputable company, she was up to date with park meal planning and pricing, and even booked our park Lightening Lanes for us so we could make sure to see all of the park attractions that my kids wanted to see! Without Kristin, we wouldn't have been able to keep anything straight! We traveled as a multigenerational family with 3 kids under 8 (1 being an infant). She made sure we knew how to navigate all of the parks and set us up with realistic expectations about all that we could do in the days we were there. She was up early 60 days before to make sure we got all the dining we wanted!

I've been to Disney more times than I can remember and while planning my wedding, the last thing I wanted to do was plan a honeymoon. Kristin made it SO easy and hassle-free. She booked us a DVC room at the Polynesian at an excellent rate. Another positive is I still had control and was allowed to do all my dining reservations (some travel advisors don't allow this).
