Marnie helped organize a Christmas vacation for my daughters and me in 2019. The Melia Cozumel Golf All-Inclusive resort was amazing with very welcoming staff, great food, and a beautiful clean beach. Perfect holiday and can’t wait to go back. Attention to every detail & Above and beyond

I have used Marnie's services for four personal trips to resorts over the last twenty years. This year my husband engaged Marnie to organise a business retreat (AKA R&R) for his nine employees. Marnie did a superb job finding a super all-inclusive resort in Mexico within budget, and booking or supporting the booking of flights and priviate transfers for people from three Canadian provinces and two US states. She was in touch with the hotel for special group dinners. She made sure that we all had our travel documents and travel health insurance. She booked a private tour to the Tulum ruins which was perfect! We totally recommend Marnie for business group travel and personal travel too of course!

Marnie recently booked a vacation package for me and two family members to an adult-only, resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica (Joia Rose Hall by Iberostar), which I highly recommend. Marnie had been there herself in the fall of 2024, so she knew it first hand. Marnie was on top of everything from day one until the day before we departed more than six months later and she happily made changes for us and arranged for us to have nearby rooms. She is highly responsive and fun to work with. This is my third vacation I have booked with her over a 20 year span. I highly recommend Marnie!

Christmas At Melia Cozumel All Inclusive

We want to express our appreciation to you for making sure we had a wonderful Christmas at the Melia Cozumel All Inclusive resort.
Your communication throughout the organizing process and answering all of our questions was helpful beyond words.
Our 4th-floor Garden View room was spacious and gave us a clear view of the sea, the resort grounds were immaculate, the gardens of palm trees and flowers were beautiful, the buffet provided a great variety of delicious food, the shuffleboard and mini golf were fun, and the entire staff was welcoming and friendly. All of this, along with sunshine and a white sandy beach made for a perfect vacation.

We have used Marnie as our travel agent for several trips now and each time have enjoyed our experience. This particular time we were taking a large group away for the Christmas holiday and had intended on going to a particular resort in the Caribbean. Marnie suggested that there were better places in the same price category and convinced us to go to Costa Rica instead and stay at the Riu. We have been to Jamaica, Mexico, Dominican, Turks and Caicos, Barbados and Cuba (and some of those 2-4 times) - Costa Rica was the best on all accounts. Marnie even made recommendations on day excursions. We are so glad she convinced us to change our location!! Trust her opinion!!!

I would definitely call Marnie when I plan on going on another trip. She handled everything with great professionalism from arranging the flights accommodation and insurance. And when our trip had to be postponed to another date because of COVID. That was also handled professionally. Then it had to be canceled, which was a disappointment, but everyone understood the reasons. COVID again. She was the able to arrange for all that were in our party to get a refund. It took awhile, but we did get it. With great appreciation. I would definitely call on Marnie again if I were planning another trip.

Pulled off a tricky booking

Marnie found us a better price than we could find anywhere else...even in high season. She listened to our needs and considered them all when she searched for us. One point of improvement would be to be on top of other details after booking...ie questions about our booking or additional products like insurance. Amazing Stress-Free Honeymoon!

Marnie is amazing! I've never worked with a travel agent before, nor have I really booked a vacation so the experience was new, but Marnie made it incredibly easy. We booked our honeymoon with Marnie and didn't quite know where to start. She listened to what we wanted, as well as our limitations, and gave advice and input when we needed help making our decision. She will go out of her way to make sure all of our questions were answered and had everything sorted. She always returns emails and messages quickly; I don't think I ever had a response that wasn't within 24 hours.
We were traveling during hurricane season as well, so naturally we had a lot of questions about insurance which Marnie was incredibly helpful with. Booking any vacation can be stressful, especially a honeymoon where we wanted it to be nicer than the average vacation. The resort we went to (Sandals Regency La Toc, St Lucia) was incredible; exactly what we wanted & will return!

Marnie is a pleasant, experienced and knowledgeable agent. Also if she doesn't know something, she will find out for you in a timely manner. Marnie helped us to prepare for a family destination wedding and gave us all the information we required regarding entering another country and everything we needed to know about this trip and because of this information, we were very prepared for the whole time we were there. From making sure we had a list of general items that may be needed and not necessarily thought of, like packing enough sunscreen and bug repellent as it was 20 times more money to buy it there; to recommending excursions that were a good value and exciting; Marnie will definitely be the "go to person" for future family trips! The only concern and disappointment we had with this trip is the Riu Guanacaste did not live up our expectations we had from the other two Riu Hotels that David and I stayed at which is no fault of Marnie's (Jamaica Montego Bay and Mazatlan Emerald Bay

I have booked two vacations with Marnie; a week at a resort on the Pacific Coast of Mexico and two weeks in Italy in a variety of cities. Marnie is very helpful, warm, efficient and does her best to find good value and set correct expectations. I would definitely recommend Marnie!

A Refreshing and Hot Holiday!

When our plans were in turmoil of being changed slightly, Marnie was most responsive and helpful giving us several options. Then when returning home, with flight cancelations and delays, Marnie was so awesome responding to emails immediately while we were in flight and working with Westjet on our behalf! Marnie does her research and gets us the best options for our needs. She is fast, efficient, and very professional. We used Marnie to book a trip to Cuba in 2016 and then a trip to Jamaica in February 2017. We just booked another trip through Marnie to the Dominican this time for February 2018. I know we won't be disappointed. We have had great trips because of her expertise.

Amazing!

What can I say! We had 6 people travelling together, with no hiccups, no stress, no headaches.
Everything was planned and went exactly as Marnie said it would. It was our first time to Costa Rica, and Marnie was very good at setting our expectations, and advising us on what what excursions would be great experiences for my entire family.

Marnie is an excellent adviser to almost any vacation destination for her vast knowledge and experience of travelling to various popular destinations herself. We have been working with Marnie over 6 years now and we have just got back from our recent trip to Cayo Coco, Cuba this week. Now days, anyone can buy vacation deals online but the value added service that Marnie provides on top of giving great deals is not available on the online platform. She has a very good knowledge and understanding of the location she recommends to her clients which is extremely important to any first time travellers.
