As Director of Operations at Wish and Wander Journeys, I balance leadership responsibilities with what I'm most passionate about: working directly with clients to plan their dream vacations. You'll often find me globe-trotting to experience destinations firsthand (it's a tough job, but someone has to do it!), diving into the latest travel industry news, or swapping insider tips with fellow agents to make sure I'm always in the know.
