I wanted to take a minute and write about my experience with Christine Kennedy Christine went above and beyond my expectations throughout my wedding experience. She knew the ins and out of the resort, she was extremely prompt on responses even on nights and weekends, and was so helpful and accommodating to my guests no matter what the request was. I had most of my guest come to me about Christine and how great she was to work with. When my guests had trouble at check in they got on the phone with Christine and she helped work with resort to get it fixed. She made sure all my guests had what they needed before traveling to Mexico, and was very thorough in communication with any changes that had happened throughout the process. This part of my process couldn't have been more seamless with Christine! I wish everyone who I worked with throughout this process was like her. We need more Christine's in the world!

Christine, Cancun was great. My travel back to Buffalo went smoother than any travel experience I’ve ever had which I am very happy about. Sorry I was crabby Friday night. You did an outstanding job helping me get to the resort with all of the unplanned headaches. I wanted to thank you in writing and say that I will definitely refer you in the future. I want to leave a review for Christine Kennedy! She absolutely rocks!!!!!! She was super patient with me , her response time is right away & she really made me feel like we were friend! She was so genuine and kind! I can text her whenever and I can guarantee she will get back to me as soon as possible! Whenever I was nervous or overwhelmed she knew the exact words to calm me down! Dealing with brides is hard enough, but to deal with brides trying to plan a destination wedding is what I imagine to be quite daunting! My wedding was in Montego Bay, Jamaica at Iberostar Rose Hall Suites and thanks to Christine, it was truly a dream come true. Christine helped me bring my ideas to life, find the perfect resort, book 75 guests and to talk me off the ledge many times. Bravo, Christine! You have my referral for life, thanks for everything!
