My recent trip to Punta Cana (we were 2 couples), stayed at the Royalton. Unfortunately, the resort itself did not fully meet my expectations. However, what truly made the experience positive was the exceptional service from my travel advisor, Kerry. This is our 3rd trips booked with Kerry for the last 2 years.
From the very beginning of the planning process all the way through the trip, Kerry was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient. I had countless questions and there were many back-and-forth emails, yet she always took the time to answer everything thoroughly and make sure I felt confident about my travel plans.
Even when the resort experience wasn’t exactly what I had hoped for, Kerry remained supportive and attentive, which made a big difference. Her professionalism, dedication, and outstanding customer service truly stand out.

Everything and everybody were friendly and accommodating. Pools were an enjoyable experience with varying activities, and after the beach was cleaned it was a great place to swim, snorkel, and relax.

Amazing Resort!

First time at the Grand Sirenis, Kerry told me it was a beautiful resort. She wasn't kidding. For sure one of the most beautiful I have been to. The rooms were huge, clean and so pretty! The wildlife made the venue! Monkeys, coatis, Agouti's, iguanas, and even cats! The food was so good. The al carte restaurants were terrific and food was amazing. There was always entertainment, whether it be by the pools, on the beach or evening entertainment at the main hall. All were so much fun!
The resort is large but once you get used to it you find your shortcuts and it doesn't take long to get wherever you are going.
It was my husband's 65th birthday, Kerry was able to help me have the room decorated with balloons, champagne and cake along with chocolate covered strawberries! I can't thank you enough! (He loved the strawberries! You made his day). All in all I had a wonderful vacation and this is definitely somewhere I will go back to.
I highly highly recommend Kerry for all your travel needs. In fact, I am already working with her for my next vacation!!!!

Bali YTT Trip 2025

I truly couldn’t have asked for a better trip. Kerry made everything, from start to finish, so seamless and stress-free. Every detail was perfectly planned, and all I had to do was show up and enjoy the experience.
She arranged an incredible driver, which allowed me to make the most of my free days by exploring Bali and doing excursions around my training. Everything ran smoothly, and the entire experience honestly felt like a once-in-a-lifetime trip.

Kerry is the absolute best! She organized a 7-day all-inclusive trip for me and 41 of my college friends from Quebec City to the Barcelo Maya Beach Resort in Mexico and it was hands-down the best trip ever.
Managing a group of 42 young adults who don’t always know how to have fun without getting into trouble? Not an easy task, but Kerry pulled it off like a pro. She even planned a catamaran and snorkeling day that we’re still talking about—it was THAT good!
What blew us away even more? Kerry volunteered to come along (on her own expense!) just to give our parents peace of mind. Like, who does that?! She made sure everything went smoothly and that we all had the best time ever.
