My journey in the travel industry began in Cuba, where I worked as a Tour Operator Representative for over 20 years. In that role, I had the privilege of guiding thousands of visitors through authentic local experiences—whether it was exploring vibrant Havana, relaxing on pristine beaches, or immersing themselves in Cuba’s rich history, music, and traditions. I also had the honor of living in Trinidad, Cuba, a UNESCO World Heritage site, where cobblestone streets, colonial architecture, and timeless charm create one of the most unique cultural destinations in the Caribbean. That foundation gave me not only an insider’s understanding of how travel impacts lives but also the professional expertise to handle logistics, anticipate client needs, and craft seamless, meaningful journeys.

Since moving to the United States nearly three years ago, I have continued to build on that experience by formalizing my education as a professional travel advisor. Through my host agency and industry partners, I have earned multiple respected certifications, including: Certified Accessible Travel Advocate (SNG) – specializing in planning inclusive and stress-free vacations for travelers of all abilities. Royal Caribbean International Master of Adventure and Certified Royal Weddings Professional – showcasing my expertise in cruise vacations and destination weddings at sea. Norwegian Cruise Line University Master’s Degree – advanced training on NCL products, itineraries, and guest experiences. I love adventure, outdoor activities, nature, history, and culture, which naturally influence how I design trips for my clients.
